Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule Notice:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This notice must be provided during our operating hours (before 5:30 PM).

Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

  • For cancellations or rescheduling without the required notice, or in the event of a no-show, the following fees will be charged:

    • Injections: $125

    • Laser Treatments: $75

After-Hours Communication:

  • Please note that any communication (calls or texts) received after our closing time (5:30 PM) will not be regarded as valid notice, as we are unable to process requests outside our operating hours.
